2010 Fundraiser information
Our fundraising project begins today. We are selling delicious cookie dough and wonderfully scented candles. We hope to generate funds for a wide range of projects and expenses that MBI will incur. Thank you so much for your participation and for supporting your community little league!
Provide your player with a list of relatives, neighbors and friends. Use the order form to record purchases from both brochures. Please turn in both the white and yellow copy of the order form. * Collect the money from customers as you take their orders. *Avoid paying in cash whenever possible; please make checks payable to MBI	IMPORTANT DATES: Orders Due: April 29^th Money Due: April 29^th Delivery Date: May 28^th at the ballpark Make Checks to: MBI If any corrections are needed on your order, call 1-888-488-2669
Coordinators turn in date: Saturday, May 1^st Special Note: This fundraiser will officially end 14 days after the products are delivered. That is the deadline for all corrections. PRIZES * 1) Sell 1-9 items and receive a Smiley Face Drum. 2) Sell 10 items or more and spin The Money Wheel. The numbers range from 7-20. Depending on the amount of items the player sells, he/she will receive ONE spin and will receive quarters, half-dollars, or dollars which will be given in the form of a ‘Voucher’ to purchase items at the concession stand. 3) Sell 10-14 items and spin the Money Wheel for Quarters. Plus you will receive a coupon for a Free Blizzard at Dairy Queen in Murphysboro. 4) Sell 15-20 items and receive the above, and a coupon for a FREE Value Meal at either McDonalds in Murphysboro. PLUS have your name entered into two drawings…1 drawing for FOUR ST. LOUIS CARDINAL TICKETS and $100 expense money and another drawing for FOUR SOUTHERN ILLINOIS MINERS tickets and $25 expense money. 5) Sell 21-30 items and you’ll receive the McDonalds & DQ coupons, be in the drawings and spin the Money Wheel for Half-Dollar Vouchers! 6) Sell 31+ items and receive the McDonalds & DQ coupons, be in the drawings and spin the Money Wheel for Dollar Bill Vouchers! 7) The Top Selling Team will receive a PIZZA PARTY! 8) The Top Three Sellers in the league will receive $50, $30 and $20 respectively! ALL PRIZE AWARDS ARE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF ITEMS FOR WHICH THE MONEY IS TURNED IN. Everyone will a winner in this project. The league will greatly benefit by having the funds, the customer will receive a nice product, and the players will be rewarded for their efforts. Thank you MURPHYSBORO BASEBALL INC.

COORDINATOR’S CHECKLIST

· SALE STARTS TODAY. PLEASE HAND OUT THE PLAYERS PACKETS. (THERE WILL BE EXTRA ORDER FORMS AT THE COACHES ROOM IF YOUR PLAYER NEEDS MORE DURING THE SALE).

· PLAYERS ARE TO HAND IN BOTH COPIES OF THE ORDER FORM AND THE MONEY IN THE ‘MONEY ENVELOPE’ ON APRIL 29^TH .

· PLEASE TURN IN THE ORDER FORMS AND THE MONEY IN YOUR ‘COORDINATOR’S ENVELOPE’ TO THE COACHES ROOM ON SATURDAY, MAY 1^ST BETWEEN 10:00-12:00. THE PLAYERS WILL RECEIVE THEIR ORDER FORM INSIDE THEIR BOX UPON DELIVERY. (PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE PLAYERS NAME, COACHES NAME AND TEAM/LEAGUE ARE ON THEIR ORDER FORMS AND THE MONEY ENVELOPE. IF THEY HAVE MORE THAN 1 ORDER FORM….PLEASE PAPER CLIP OR STAPLE THE ORDER FORMS TOGETHER).

· NO ORDERS CAN BE ACCEPTED AFTER MAY 5, 2010.

· DELIVERY WILL OCCUR ON FRIDAY, MAY 28, 2010, FROM 6:00-8:00 p.m. & SATURDAY, MAY 29, 2010 FROM 10:00 a.m. until Noon. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PLAYERS BRING COOLERS AND PICK UP THE ORDERS WHEN THEY ARE SCHEDULED. ALSO, INFORM YOUR PLAYERS THAT IF DELIVERY ISN’T MADE IMMEDIATELY, THEY MUST PUT THEIR FROZEN PRODUCTS IN A FREEZER UNTIL DELIVERY IS POSSIBLE.

· RECORD ANY CORRECTIONS FOR 7 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY AND TURN INTO CINDY REIMAN, EMILY JOHNSON OR AT THE CONCESSION STAND.
